With over 12 years’ experience in Sales and Trading across London and Paris, including leading teams of 20+, I understand the high-pressure environment that employees face in the finance industry, and I also understand the need to deliver results.

 

My coaching provides support, empathy, experience and practical tools to help employees persevere and thrive in high-pressure environments, ultimately performing better and happier. It complements formal and informal training, which often focus on hard skills and technical competencies, to grow the person behind those skills. In growing the person, I believe coaching can contribute to higher levels of diversity, employee engagement, satisfaction. performance and retention. And that is the value I aim to provide.
